Porphyridium Cruentum is a unicellular red microalgae (Rhodophyta) that has attracted great biotechnological interest. Its defense strategy against a hostile environment, such as the ocean, results in the secretion of a sulfated polysaccharide (SPS).
From there, the R&D&i team developed its cultivation strategy, without using additives or reagents. SPS99 is a serum formulated with 99% bioactive extract of the microalgae Porphyridium Cruentum.
